How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. For larger furniture items requiring freight delivery, please allow 10-14 business days for your order to reach your doorstep.
What is your return policy for home decor and furniture?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unassembled. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to large furniture returns.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Drivse ships exclusively within the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations soon.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all Drivse furniture pieces come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once an item has entered the shipping process, we are unable to make changes, but you can initiate a return once it arrives.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and flexible financing options through Affirm for larger home investments.
